VMM agrees to renew every Featured Listing contract on a year-by-year basis for life under a "right of first refusal". This promise favors each business that purchases a Featured Listing sooner than later, because only five (5) Featured Listings are allowed in each available category so buying sooner is smart.

VMM reduces competition in each Florida county phone book by refusing to accept out of county competitors. In other words, we refuse to accept revenue for any ad space or featured listing unless the business is physically located in a particular county. The exception is to prove a legitimate representative relation in a county.
